"Music is the spirit of life"

Born in 1952 in Seattle, WA Chuck began playing the trumpet at the age of 7. Performing solo at the Opera House at 14, by 15 he had performed at over 300 veterans funerals. Later from age 17-21 Chuck performed in the award winning drum and bugle corps, The Eltoreadors, also with the Spitzer brothers on drums and on bass, as well as Dennis Haldane on trumpet.

Feeling music as a second language Chuck formed a 12 piece band called June 3rd, and performed non-stop for 3 years throughout the WA, OR, and ID night clubs. Moving on to studio work he played with such greats as Tower of Power, Barry White and Kenny G just to name a few.

Chuck has raised 2 wonderful daughters alone, who took his focus away from his love for music but he is back full speed and loving every minute of it.

Chuck's favorite words to live by are, “Don't ever give up”. And he hasn't!
